Maravilla Los Cabos is a planned residential community situated between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The oceanfront property is located on one of the most beautiful coastlines of the Sea of Cortez in Los Cabos, at the beautiful swimmable Santa Maria Bay. Pisces Real Estate team went for a site visit to Maravilla Los Cabos last week, and we were amazed! At this time, the development is in progress with infrastructure coming in place. Maravilla Los Cabos will be offering in total 230 lots. Currently their first phase includes 11 lots in total, the program available for friends and family. The Maravilla site is located on the property where the once famous www.atoledo.com Twin Dolphin stood. Built in the 1970-ies Twin Dolphin was ahead of its time with modern architecture and attracted the jet setters to the area.
