I arrived at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences at Villa 2 for our Pisces Real Estate open house a little before 8 am and set up the AMPI sign at the front door. Passing in to the interior patio I get a little peek of the view and a single paddle boarder glides along the calm bay returning from their morning outing. Balloons are blown up and the coffee is put on. Umbrellas and chairs unfold on the beach directly in front of the villa. We are set up and ready for our first tour.
