Cabo Real Estate Market heating up for Christmas

Everyone asks how the Real Estate market is in Cabo ?
I say its getting warmer, it’s heating up, the real bottom has been felt and now we will start to see a bounce back to sales
One of the reasons I say this is our own sales have seen a rise with multiple offers on multimillion dollar residences and Villas.
We are getting more previews…actually its gone up 200 % since last year.
The market for mid priced homes has been active and we expect 2013 to be the year for buyers,obviously there are properties that hold their values better than others.
In my opinion we have beach front developments and homes that are well under priced for Cabo and definitely for the world, so it’s a great opportunity for buyers.
The best locations are Hacienda Residences in Cabo San Lucas, Pedregal beach and mountain top residences. Esperanza has some very nice residential and condominium opportunities.
The corridor has El Dorado Golf Club and Ventanas al Paraiso a Rosewood Resort that is incredible. In San Jose my choice is Palmilla waterfront Estates and Villas del Mar.
