After 18 years of legal dispute, which caused that the hotel located in the center of Cabo San Lucas known among locals as “Grey ghost”, owned in part by Eduardo Sanchez Navarro, president of Grupo Questro, stopped its construction, the issue ended with the agreement between the Revolutionary Confederation of Workers and Farmers (Confederación Revolucionaria de Obreros y Campesinos or CROC) and the investors group.

Los Cabos International Airport has officially opened it’s gates and resumed its activities for the first time since Hurricane Odile on Friday, October 3, 2014. That day, AeroMexico was the first airline to arrive to Los Cabos after the hurricane, and tomorrow, on October 8, we are expecting the arrival of first international flights.

Cabo San Lucas recovery after hurricane Odile is happening at an amazing pace! Yesterday, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto arrived in Cabo San Lucas (his third visit since Odile), toured the IGY Marina and made the announcement that the San Jose International Airport will be open for commercial service by October 8th!
