Cabo Pacifica, a 489-hectare/1208-acre world class destination resort is comprised of: 5km / 3miles of spectacular coastline and beaches, quality resort hotels, two championship golf courses, beautiful oceanfront and golf course homes and a quaint village center. It is currently being developed in the state of Baja California Sur, Mexico just southwest of the popular cruise ship port of Cabo San Lucas.

Located at the very tip of Baja California Sur the site is within 3km/2miles of Cabo San Lucas and within 44km/27miles of the International Airport, making it a very accessible destination spot with excellent airlift for future tourism.
Airline travel time from Los Angeles, California to the Los Cabos International Airport is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, from Dallas & Houston, Texas, is approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes and from Phoenix, Arizona is 2 hours.

Cabo Pacifica can only be reached through an exclusive private road. Entering the project, residents and visitors experience attractive landscaping and broad ocean views within a core of world-class hotel resorts and golf course fairways.




Cabo Pacifica will provide a mixture of detached homes and condominium units with Pacific Ocean views, and/or golf course frontage. Resort homes will focus on a variety of amenities in a higher quality setting than typically available, distinguishing themselves with a unique identity in the resort marketplace. These amenities will also include an extensive pedestrian trail system providing convenient and safe pedestrian, bicycle and golf cart access among the resort facilities and white sand beaches.

Cacti, rocks, boulders, palms, and shrubs common to the dry desert-like climate of Cabo Pacifica will set the tone for what can be found within specific areas throughout the project. Cabo Pacifica enjoys a unique microclimate, refreshed by Pacific Ocean breezes.
